When I pointed out the error (which I unfortunately did not discover until after paying for the work), I was assured everything would be “made right”. But instead of fixing the problem, my texts were never answered and I was left completely on my own to find another professional to fix the problem (and pay for it, too!). More than five months have passed since this company began work in my home. The work is still not completed, I have paid for things I have never received, and have not received any response to any communication for over one month. Steer clear of these guys at all costs."
