"I don't normally review places, but New Life Rockeries did such a wonderful job transforming my backyard that I just had to write up my thoughts for other potential customers. When I reached out to them, Bobby quickly responded and came out to my property to take a look at and assess the project. He was thorough and really listened to what I wanted to do with my yard. I had to put the project on hold due to a difficult HOA and neighbor, but when I got back to them and was ready to proceed, they were on it without delay. Bobby and Flor came back out to set things up, and they are both friendly and professional. Flor was the absolute best and was very easy to talk to. Any little anxious concern I had she promptly addressed (like the gate latch being moved up a few inches). The crew was respectful of my property, and I have never in my life been so impressed with how hard-working and meticulous they were with completing my retainer wall and fence in just a matter of days. "Mack and Sons? More like Crack and Sons. Prompt bid and scheduling were a plus. Communication leading up to job completion was exceptional. Afterwards I was treated like a one night stand and never talked to again when I brought up issues with the quality of work. If being ghosted for months on end, yelled at by the owner at 8pm on your door step while you're putting you're trying children to sleep, you like to buy once cry twice , and have a love for substandard work then this is the business for you. Yelled at on your own property at night? I asked they remove pictures of my property and the work they did from their Facebook page as they didn't do a good job and it's not representative of the quality of their work. I also added that it's comical that they claim to support veterans but have treated multiple veterans in our community poorly. If the Veterans Administration were a concrete company it would be Mack and Sons. That elicited a response and I was actually happy to see the owner roll up at 8pm onto my driveway, Maybe they're going to fix this. I let her know that it's bedtime for the kids but the concrete they poured is right around the corner and she can look at it there. "I don't care about the concrete." I guess I wouldn't care either if I already had taken the money and done a poor job. A polite you need to leave the was met with a no followed by tears and shouts. Apparently as a veteran, I don't know anything about veterans. I laughed so hard in DD-214 that I coughed up black stuff from being near burn pits during my deployment to Iraq. Alas, the comedy routine didn't last long and after 3 more requests to leave my property, I had to use my big boy voice to get the owner to leave. I would say it's safe to say that they won't be resolving any issues with their work."

"I had them do my patio 2 years ago, and at the time I had a small problem which was that they added a black border to an otherwise beautiful patio(I didn?t ask for or want this border), and they left my yard a mess. However, the patio was beautiful overall so I did not comment besides an email to the team about the mess. Fast forward to today, I am selling my home and need my septic tank pumped. I find out that this company poured concrete over the access for the septic tank, I was not informed of or consulted on this. The estimate is an extra $1k+ to fix this mistake. I think people should be aware of this lack of care before spending nearly $12k on a patio with this company like I did. There is likely a better option out there that is more knowledgeable and/or pays better attention to details."
