"I have worked with Stout Roofing on several projects, for both repair and full roof replacement. This company has proven to be a wonderful resource and my go-to for all of my roofing solutions. Stout is reliable, honest, skilled and fair. As a Property Manager I depend on vendors with excellent communication and follow through. Jake Stout takes the time to clearly explain project details and answer questions. You cannot go wrong with Stout Roofing."

"STOUT ROOFING just completed my new roof today on our 1100 sf. garage. It's so beautiful I just perched myself where I could stare at it for a while! The crews were amazing - so hard working, proficient, courteous and meticulous in their roofing skills as well as prep and clean up. And they even did needed extra items I hadn't asked for! The roof should have been replaced some 10 years ago and so the crews had to go the extra mile to give me another 30 years with this brand new roof. Losing my husband some 8 years ago, I work extra hard to nurture our homestead, and so it is encouraging to find a company such as Stout Roofing who comes alongside and does some of the heavy lifting! I highly recommend Stout Roofing to any home or building owner needing a new roof!"

"We recently hired Kirkland Roofing Company to replace our entire roof, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, Joshua was very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain the condition of our old roof, what needed to be replaced, what materials would be used, and what we could expect throughout the project. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked hard from start to finish. They removed the old roofing, inspected the decking underneath, completed the necessary repairs, and installed the new roofing system very carefully. We really appreciated that they didn?t just rush through the job. They paid attention to the flashing, vents, ridge caps, edges, and all of the smaller details that can easily get overlooked. Joshua kept us updated throughout the project and let us know what was happening each step of the way. If anything came up, he explained it clearly before moving forward. Communication"

"The communication was impeccable! Estimate was spot on. My roof was in bad shape and one spot needed major repairs. I was sent pictures and the additional repair cost was fair and the work was professional. I was please to see the workers wore fall restraints and there was evidence of a Safety meeting. The work was completed in 2 days with full replacement of the plywood. The whole process was seamless and they did what they said they would do."

"Brave roofers did exceptional work on my roof. Their speed and quality surrpaset my expecting. The cost was thousands less than bids for comparable quality work. The owner Vitor over saw the work and handled all the details of the job and gave it his personal attention. My roof needed a lot of work as it was 35 years old. They made the repairs and ventalation upgrades needed exactly. They came at 8:000 AM and finished at 8:30 PM so we're done in 1 day. The crew was very polite and professional. When they were done the site was left spotless, I cold not even tell they had been there. I highly recommend them if you ever need high quality roofing done. My neighbor spoke with Vitor and saw the speed and quality they provide and had his roof done as well."

"A roof is one of the more stressful home improvement experiences you can have. It protects your investment, there are many service providers to choose from and it is expensive. Making the right choice without over-spending, and not getting sub-standard results, is a little scary. I needed to move fast, but I knew I had to get at least three estimates. The first to quote was a company that is on the TV/radio. They quoted the highest price, overlooked the need for sheeting on half my roof (missed the shiplap) and spent more time talking about the evils of smaller companies than selling their own company....pass. The second company was a highly rated company, sold themselves well, but also missed the shiplap and the estimate was almost the same as the first, though with more upgrades; I kept them in mind. The third estimate was Forever Roofing, and you know by now who I went with. Sam contacted me shortly after I reached out to them and he was out to estimate my roof within 48hrs. He quickly called out the same issues the other companies did, but also caught the need for new sheeting (about 10 roof squares). Thanks to this I knew he was going to give me a more accurate estimate. They came in about 15% lower, so we talked about the estimate differences and it comes down to overhead. For example, they don’t have PCs in the company cars, aren’t using satellite software to create a fancy quote and aren’t paying for TV/radio spots; that savings is passed on to the customer. I agreed to go with them and was put on the schedule. Two weeks later it was time to get started! His husband and wife crew knocked out 33.5 roofing squares in about 3.5 days (house and a big detached garage). They timed it perfectly between weather systems and Sam was quite communicative about when they’d be there and what they’d be working on so I didn’t have to worry about scheduling. The roofing duo was very polite and efficient. Their work lined up with what we agreed upon in the contract and what I had read during my roofing research. The lower price wasn’t resulting in a lower quality product, so I knew I had made the right choice. Bonus; what I was quoted is exactly what I paid, as there were no surprises or missed details. All said and done, it was a pleasure working with Forever Roofing/Sam and I’ll be recommending them to anyone looking for a roofer. I feel great about my roof for the first time in years and that’s thanks to this company."

"Reconcile Roofing responded promptly to my “request for quote” - like within an hour of request. They stopped by the property on the same day and even had a written estimate the same day. The repairs were completed by the next day. Talk about quick to respond! Considering I already waited 3 weeks on a different roofing company - Reconcile Roofing really came through to repair my roof in a very short timeline. Very happy customer!"
