"They inspected my Chimmney and said $ 1000 dollars to clean the Chimmney and remove the cresote . I climbed the ladder after the work was completed and the cresote was the same as before cleaning . I asked the tech about it and he said it will burn off after this winter as you burn your wood . That did not happen . Upon Inspection this march 2026 it is exactly the same as before . I called Shammrock and they said for another $800 dollars they would come back . I am not getting them to ever do anything for me and will tell everyone about my experience . I do not recommend this company and I wish I had called another company instead . Absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had with a company . I had to give them one star or it wouldn?t let me post this review . Or I would give them a minus zero rating. "

"If you’re looking for someone to clean your gutters, I highly recommend DH Gutter Cleanings. I called this company after calling other companies that I called or left messages with and never heard back from them. He was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. I booked with him to clean my gutters the next day. He sent me a text letting me know that he was on the way and when he arrived he asked if I had any problem areas that I wanted him to focus on. He didn’t do a rush job at all but took his time and cleaned my gutters. After he was done he showed me before and after pictures of his work and I was highly impressed. I will definitely be using his services again."

"After a snowstorm, we had multiple leaks. EXCEPTIONAL ROOFING informed us that we had an insurance claim due to the snowstorm from start to finish. They went above and beyond to fix the issue. "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"
