"I would like to recommend Washburn Construction for their fine work. Greg Washburn was refered to me by my cousin, who was having Washburn Construction, put on his roof. I needed the same. I contacted them and they were here in no time to give an estimate. The price was a fair price, very fair. The work was started in record time. Although it was about a 2 week project, every night....all ladders were stored, all trash removed, yard area raked and debris removed....EVERY NIGHT, even though they were returning the very next morning. So siding was next, Washburn Construction could do that too...and they did. Again a fair price and a wonderful job. Then new vinyl windows. Then gutters. Then complete bathroom makeover, which included drywall, tile, flooring, tub install, painting and plumbing. Then a new electrical panel for the entire house. Washburn Construction has done it all. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
