Tim is a theif that wont pay you back under court orders to do so. Tim's roofs leak damaged all our homes and barn. Tim took my house key and the police couldnt get my key back. Tims roofs are installed improperly. Tim gives no receipts for your payments or a contract. Tim stole the roofing materials off my property to use for another customers job. Tim likes to blame the customer and call them names after he is caught theiving while your roofs leaks. You have to hire and pay another roofer to fix what Tim damaged costing so much more $$$ plus buy new materials to complete the TLC Roofing paid job. Buyer beware! "
