Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

Classic or trendy, Kristeen teaches at a local college and knows what’s out there and what we could expect. Communication was easy and prompt. ""Basement - Remodel" doesn't really cover it for our project. We added a great room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In other words, about half a house. I can describe the Tarantola crew's knowledge and execution, both collectively and individually, in three words: "Attention to detail". I grew up in and around commercial and residential construction and I've done some of every one of the jobs required of Tarantola for our project. I was trained to be 'picky', so I am 'picky'. And, I can honestly say that I am not only happy with what they have done, but also proud of what they did and how they did it. Since the late 80's I've built and/or remodeled homes across several states around the country. And, over time, as those projects unwound, I became increasingly convinced that the work ethic that I grew up around was dying, if not dead. Well, I'm happy to report that we here in the KC area have at least one example to prove that there are still people in the business who care."
