On time, polite, professional in vehicle and personal appearance, efficient, fast, great job with no streaks, no mess, cheerfully helped with some of the furniture, and last but not least was the incredible low price. One window is one window with Brigdon, inside and out including screen cleaning (with their top "The Works" package). Many other companies call one single glass pane a window, turning one window into 4 (or more). Our recent painting company wanted $20 per individual glass pane, for external cleaning only. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
