"The fence had to be approved by the local historical society which was the hardest part of this project. Once it was approved, Sam Hill wasted no time in getting started. Several changes had to be made, such as picket tops to the fence, to meet the historical society's demands. Sam Hill was very accommedating to all the changes. There was a delay during the last stage of the project, due to an incorrect measurement involving a gate, that one of Sam Hill's contractors was responsible for incurring.  This delay caused me grief and had this not occurred, I would have nothing but rave reviews to deliver to Angie's List. But in the end, Sam Hill came through and completed the project as he promised. <br />"

"I contacted Watford Fencing asking for an estimate visit the next week since i was planning to spend that week at home doing yard work. They arranged a visit on Monday at 1:00 pm. They called Monday morning to confirm the appointment and to let me know they were coming. The lady arrived promptly at 1 and we walk down the job. She was able to give me a price on the work immediately. Their price was reasonable and in line with the other estimate I had received. I asked her if they could start on the work immediately and she agreed to start the next day. Her manner was very professional and polite. I paid half for the price and we sign a contract for the job. <br /> I received a call the next morning from them letting me know they were on the way. Two men arrived began installing the poles for the fence. They were very professional and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them as they worked. After completing the poles, they left and said they would return the next day. <br /> The next morning I received a call letting me know they were coming. They arrived and installed the fencing. Very professional and friendly. In fact, during the installation they met and chatted with most of my immediate neighbors. And they repaired a small problem with my neighbor's fence as a courtesy. <br /> Overall, I would highly recommend them for fencing work. There was excellent communications; I knew exactly when they were arriving to do the work. They provided exactly what I asked for at the agreed price. They were professional and courteous and did an excellent job with the fencing and cleaning up after the job. <br /> I would use them again for additional fencing needs. <br />"

"They showed up on scheduled time. Did a fantastic job on the back yard. I had a side fence installed to border my driveway, it was not straight and they came back and moved the wrong section of fence. His son said that he would have to dig up the whole fence to move it where it should be....it was 100 degrees outside and I had a brunch scheduled that I was hosting. They wouldn't have anywhere to park. I called his Dad (Scott) and he assured me that he would make it right. He never returned any of my phone calls. Had my attorney send him a letter, no response.
