"EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED! Efficient. Professional. Competitive costs. Family owned and operated. We had an EV charger installed at my parents house. I was easily able to make all the arrangements over the phone because we live in VA but parents are in SC. The install was completed well under the estimated time. The technician had a small issue and caused very minor damage in the ceiling while running required wiring, but returned and made the repairs to my parents satisfaction with no other issues or concerns. I chose Mech Con LLC because their quote was nearly $1000 less than the other quote I had. When we used the charger for the first time, it would not charge. The company owner came out the very next morning to trouble shoot and we were able to charge. He also made recommendations about the recently installed solar panels on the house, which he did not have to do. We asked what other services they provide and will definitely use them for a couple other home improvement projects. ABSOLUTE professionals that we will DEFINITELY use again. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

He was very thorough, measuring and taking pictures of the affected areas of the house and its corresponding support in the cellar. He also mapped out a chart for the crew so they would know exactly where to work and what needed to be done. The day the work began, Dallas was here to coordinate with the 3-man crew. There was constant communication between us, checking floors, etc., as they went along, and they replaced the dirt and vapor barrier when they were through.
