"I used Atticrawl for one of my historically old buildings, thought raccoons where entering to the attic. the smell of death was horrendous!!!! Luckily into the incredibly thorough cleanout and removal down to the insulation they found it to be squirrels . they sealed all access points and shared photos. Fantastic customer service communications with Ryan Abraham before during and after the job! He even shared photos of the chimney seal so my husband didn't have to go on the roof !!!! Andrew was extremely knowledgeable of the product and created a spectacular design and assisted w/ the financing of my project. He was always available to answer all questions. The Project Manager Anthony communicated daily with project updates and was extremely responsive to questions and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. "Jim and Jerry were very professional and easy to work with. Demo’s the deck and removed all materials. New deck went up in 3 days with exceptional workmanship. They identified the issue (leaking vent boots at the penetrations in the roof. They work was quickly scheduled, and on the day of service, they arrived early to perform the work. "The contractor did a very nice job of installation and did it quickly. The only issue I had was with some plywood on my shed. I was not home when the shed roof was completed. I had asked the a few small pieces of plywood be replaced prior to shingled the roof. This was not done. I pointed it out to the contractor and he said that the plywood looked good upon removal of the old shingles. Still, no phone call was made to me to explain this. Other than that, they did a fantastic job. <br />"
