Luckily into the incredibly thorough cleanout and removal down to the insulation they found it to be squirrels . they sealed all access points and shared photos. Fantastic customer service communications with Ryan Abraham before during and after the job! He even shared photos of the chimney seal so my husband didn't have to go on the roof !!!! "The contractor did a very nice job of installation and did it quickly. The only issue I had was with some plywood on my shed. I was not home when the shed roof was completed. I had asked the a few small pieces of plywood be replaced prior to shingled the roof. This was not done. I pointed it out to the contractor and he said that the plywood looked good upon removal of the old shingles. Still, no phone call was made to me to explain this. Other than that, they did a fantastic job. <br />"
