"The employee got lost on his way to my house, and he showed up one hour late. He was very nice, though, and called to let me know that he was on his way. He changed five locks in my doors and gave me four sets of keys. He accidentally put one of the locks on backward, but he corrected it. The locks and keys work well."

"After a spring hail storm damged my roof-I needed a new one. I got 3 estimates, with Ireland being the best and Tom being the most professional salesman. The job was delayed because of other issues and Ireland was very understnding, and willing to work with me, I am very happy with the entire project. Love the look of my new roof.
