They added a ceiling fan in my living room with recessed LED lighting, a light fixture over my dining room table as well as removed flurorescent lights in the kitchen and added recessed LED lighting with a couple of pendent lights over the breakfast bar. They also replaced other existing recessed lighting with the LED to match the newly installed lighting. "So I must start this review by saying when my husband first wanted Pavers I didn’t get it. It seemed more expensive than concrete and I didn’t understand the difference. Once I walked out on my new patio I TOTALLY GOT IT! The patio is beautiful with such character and quality. IT feels totally solid but I know it will last forever. They pushed double time and had it all switched in a matter of days. Its service like that that gives me no hesitation to recommend them. "<p>We had done the hardscape and design of our backyard, but needed help finishing the "heavy lifting". Suncrest brought in the dirt, lots of dirt, to fill the flower beds, repaired our sprinklers and drains, and placed sod. We knew exactly what we wanted and Suncrest worked with us finishing the yard.</p> <p>The front yard was a different story, all we knew was that we wanted drought tolerant landscape, no lawn. Troy provided design plans to submit to our HOA. We have a very exacting HOA. In addition to the design plans the HOA wanted a drawing of the drip watering system, colors of boulders, pictures of each type of plant in the dormant stage and fully grown. Troy fulfilled requests for additional information from our HOA promptly and pleasantly.
