"I ultimately decided to go with natural grass rather than synthetic. However, the reason I wanted to write this review for Synlawn is due to their over the top style of customer service. Dean knew that I was struggling with the decision whether to go natural or synthetic and never hassled me or pressured me into making a decision. He provided all of the information I asked for and always responded to my questions. I definitely would've chosen Synlawn to do that work, not simply due to their pricing (which was fantastic), but because of the way Dean handled my indecision. He was extremely patient and even when I finally chose to go in another direction, he honestly thanked me for giving him a shot at the work and was very understanding of my decision. No patronizing claims that I was making the wrong decision. If you're thinking about installing synthetic grass - give Dean a call. You will be making a smart decision to hire this professional."

"This is our first time having artificial turf installed and we absolutely love it. People told us in the beginning that we would need to water it down before our dog goes on the grass because of the heat. "Originally we hired MasterAZscapes to prepare a comprehensive landscape plan for our 35 year old home two years ago to completely remodel an old landscape. We were very pleased with the plan. MasterAZscapes is known for its tree planting services. It successfully did a complex large tree planting for our back yard two years ago, and the trees are healthy sailing through a damaging frost this winter. After putting the installation of the front and courtyard demolition out for bid, for this current project, we hired MasterAZscapes to demo the front yard, install the trees and plants, set up the drip system, install the wiring for future landscape lights, new rock, and install the artificial grass. We are thrilled with the completion of the front and courtyard areas which they completed on budget and less time than they originally predicted. The staff was superb and patient even after we changed our mind on placement of an important plant that was just not quite where we wanted it. With good humor, the staff re dug the planting hole moving it until we all were much happier with the result. The staff and ownership, across the board is talented, loves their job, and will work until the customer is happy. We are slowly implementing the original master plan and will look toward to MasterAZscapes in the future as we implement each project."

"I was very pleased with A Touch of Art Landscape. My yard was transformed from a very blah, boring spot to a beautiful, happy, cheerful looking place. After the work was done, Art came back several times to make sure the plants were doing well. They also installed a watering system. Art showed me how it works and assured me he would come back if I needed any help with it. I will definitely use A Touch of Art again for other projects."

"This was our second job with Outdoor Xcapes. 1st one in 2011 with Bret as our Salesman. Went fairly smoother with only a few glitches. This job consisted of a seat wall with small patio, step pads and artificial turf with Steve as our Salesman. Steve was very nice and eager to please during the bidding process. Very responsive to phone calls during the job. However, as the job progressed It was apparent that while it was important to Steve that the job was done correctly there was no give or take on money. At a Home Show an Outdoor Xscapes representative (not Steve) told us that repeat customers would get a discount. Steve would not honor that discount until it was to his advantage. There was a hole in their work schedule and they needed a job to fill it. At that point a discount was offered. The tree we wanted was 20% off, Steve would not give or share the shavings. Didn’t seem like there was any interest in building any relationship for return business or referrals. Crew did a great job including clean-up. Jesse, the foreman, was pleasant to work with. However, he was the only one who spoke English and stayed on the job for only a short time. Any communication had to be done by phone to Steve who would contact Jesse. It was a little cumbersome to communicate. We are very happy with the concrete seat wall and step pads. There were a few hiccups during the process, nothing major. The turf was not acceptable. It had discoloration, lines about every 10” and two visible seams. Megan was our contact for warranty issues. She was very responsive and easy to work with. I had to work directly with the representative for the turf which was Synthetic Grass. It took six weeks but the grass was replaced and installed by Outdoor Xscapes at no cost to us. Adam was in charge of the installation and worked with us to make it right. In hind sight my husband and I were too complacent in going with the same landscaping company. We assumed they would treat us right because we were a return customer. Because of this we didn’t get any other bids and when it became obvious that there was no loyalty to a return customer felt it was too late in the process to start over. It was a mistake. Outdoor Xcapes as a whole, is a good company and gets the job done quickly. Be sure to negotiate payment terms and dollars up front."
