"I liked that I received an Appointment Acknowledgement Email and the Arriving Email with Jerry's Picture so I knew who the Service Tech was. Jerry did an excellent job servicing my York DAYA Roof Top HVAC unit for Heating and Cooling. He also showed pictures of his work and the Pressure Switch that was intermittent. I had printed out the Website $50 Discount for Repair so I had that available for the Repair Order to replace the Pressure Switch. Jerry is very personable and answered all of my questions."

"The central air conditioning in my home suddenly stopped cooling on a hot Summer night. I tried to find an obvious solution on the internet but after performing all the do it yourself repairs and maintenance solutions that did not solve the cooling issue. The only two options I had were either a low refrigerant level, or a dirty evaporator coil. I decided to leave these options to a professional. After calling three other HVAC companies at 3:00 in the afternoon and being turned down, I decided to call HART Services. Within 30 minutes their technicians were at my door. Not only was I glad to see them and hoping for cooler air in my home but I was fortunate I called HART. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to say the least. My entire system was thoroughly inspected, Freon levels checked, electrical components, ext. until a solution was found and immediately solved. I learned about how A/C systems operate, optimal refrigerant levels, as well as proper maintenance procedures to follow. I'm glad I called HART. The team was very honest with me and did not charge me for a part that was not broken or malfunctioning as a number of HVAC companies would try to do here in town- Based on experience. I have their business card taped to the door behind my A/C system for any future calls. I would not hesitate calling these pro's whenever I have a problem with my A/C or heater. In fact I'll be calling them for a yearly maintenance service from now on. My best friends will find about this company ASAP. If you have any issues with the cooling or heating system in your home, don't think about it twice, let HART do the work for you. You won't regret it.  "

"The technician called to alert me that he was on his way, and arrived exactly on time for the appointment.  He worked tirelessly for the 4 hours he was in my home, and did an excellent job!  He also did an excellent job of moving many pieces of furniture, and replacing them after cleaning, placing the items on small foam pads that allows the damp carpet to "breathe" and properly dry.   The next day, we were not totally satisfied with the appearance of the sofa.  After calling the Carpet Magic office, the technician came back out that same day and re-cleaned the sofa at no add'l cost.   I will not hesitate to use Carpet Magic again in the future when I need  my carpeting professionally cleaned; and I highly recommend them!! <br />"

"I called Southwest to get a quote for repair on my fireplace as my home inspector did not know what issues existed only that it was not safely operable until an inspection had been completed. They came out to complete a cleaning and provide me a quote for repair that was needed that they could visually see (this changed a bit as they began work and discovered additional damage but I was quickly made aware of the change and offered the option of additional repair). I had also been contemplating ceramic logs and wanted a remote controlled log system, they were able to assist with this as well. From the very first phone call to the completion of the interior system they were courteous, professional, punctual, and flexible. Great company and I would recommend them with no reservations and will use them for any future needs."

"The temperature has been over 100 degrees for about a week now. It is Sunday afternoon and I notice that the AC is not cooling the house below 85 degrees. I call Total Air about 6:30 pm hoping they can diagnose any problems and return on Monday early with any needed parts. I have two dogs and would hate to leave them in the sweltering house for more days than needed. I am fully prepared to pay the after hour/emergency rates. I get a call back from Brandon, the owner, within 15 minutes of leaving a message. I explain my situation and within minutes Brandon diagnoses the problem by asking some simple questions and guiding on where to check the unit. Apparently having to cool in these high temperatures with a dirty (very dirty) filter causes some of the piping to freeze, thereby not allowing the unit to cool. <br /> <br />Problem solved by tuning off the Cool feature on the unit and using the Fan feature to melt the ice, and of course by cleaning the filter. <br /> <br />Brandon spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me and even answered question on the best types of replacement filters. The whole time being courteous and patient. <br />"
