"They were very prompt with the estimate and with getting the job done. They worked hard and got it all done in about 2 days which was much less time than we were expecting. The quartz installation and sub-top work was all very well done. They were also quite careful with the demolition to avoid damage to adjacent areas. There was some minor plumbing hookup left for me to do at the end, but I had been notified of this up front in the estimate. One recommendation I would have is to use some form of dust collection if possible when cutting the slabs outside. This process produces a lot of fine dust."

He was in my kitchen just a few hours later to take measurements and give an estimate. He was very patient with me, answering all my questions and explaining his process step by step. Another bonus is that he passed his contractor pricing on to us - we shopped for and bought the slabs and tiles, then paid much less than retail for the items. He then arranged for everything once the purchase was complete. 
 His workers were thorough and punctual - I was never waiting - again, a first with a contractor for me. They made sure I was satisfied with the job through each step before leaving and did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. (I have young twins, so I went over the kitchen with a fine toothed comb to make sure nothing ended up in their mouths - I did find a few pieces here and there)
