They built a new patio of pavers with a cemented surround and replaced the backyard “lawn” that was suffering from erosion and gofers. In the front, they created a dry stream bed to complement a cactus garden and added a beautiful wall to set the display off from the sidewalk and street. I plan to call Vinny’s Landscaping for any future work we need."

Also pleased with light carpentry to repair fence gates, reinforce some wobbly fence posts, and also hauling away fallen branches and leaves. "We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. "Splendidly! The work took 3 weeks from the first day, which is exactly how long he estimated. I cannot praise Nato Vargas and his crew enough. They were here working everyday, without fail from 8am to 5pm. At the end of each day they carefully closed the gates and left the place clean and organized. Nato Vargas was always available - every time I needed to talk to him he answered his phone immediately. On more than one occasion my husband and I changed our minds about various things in the plans and Nato was extremely positive and willing to do exactly what we wanted and offered his suggestions for the design as well.
