I got the quote around 10p that same Saturday, they set me up with financing, stayed even later to get started and even came back on Easter Sunday after church to finish the job. "Customer service rates low priority for them. apparently they have enough of a customer base that walk-ins are virtually ignored. If you can track someone down, good luck getting the correct information without running around the place a couple of times. Eventually y walk out and went somewhere else. This is not a one off experience, the same scenario has played out for me on several occasions. If I know exactly where the species and what type of plant I need they may have a decent inventory, but trees and shrubbery forget it they only cater to the large landscaping businesses."
