Worker reliability and workmanship were inconsistent, and the overall professionalism of the job fell far below expectations. Issues arose that should not have happened in the first place. Although the owner responded when concerns were raised, it often felt reactive rather than proactive. I was left having to follow up repeatedly to address problems that should have been managed internally. The most unacceptable part was what happened after the job was completed. Not even one full business day had passed before I was hit with a barrage of calls, texts, and emails demanding payment ? including threats of late fees.
