"I had my kitchen and small bathroom remodeled. In addition to removing all popcorn ceiling throughout the house, installing new floors and molding, extending bedroom closet, outdoor drain, and moving washer and dryer to garage and I couldn't be happier. From the initial consultation with Larry and Alex to the final clean up, they were professional and efficient. Alex, Raul and their crew completed all tasks within the discussed time line and stayed within my budget. All of their crew were courteous and respectful and answered all questions and concerns. I've had no problems with any of the work done. I'm very pleased with all of their work and have enjoyed my renovated kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hire them on any future home projects. "

"Mr. Silva & his crew were very easy to work with & did an excellent job. He did a larger job of an RV driveway across the street and the work done there was also high quality. His bid was extremely reasonable and included some extra work at no charge even though I had mis-communicated. Cleanup was also done well. He does other miscellaneous work as well as concrete."

"This company did such a good job with repairs for water damage to one of my rooms, I hired them again to paint the exterior of the house and also to install new windows. The men arrived every morning on time and were always polite and professional. They worked very hard and the results show that! The colors were matched and the paint very high quality. My house has bars on all the windows. They were removed and painted separately while the new custom made to measure windows were installed. The windows are energy star compliant. Vinyl double paned with Argon gas. Will really cut down on my heating and cooling costs. They also have a lifetime warranty. I really liked how the men would clean up the dust and glass from removing the old windows--both inside and out. They hung tarps or plastic to cover the windows while they painted. Not a drop on the windows! They didn't just paint over cracks in the wood like previous painters have done. They caulked the cracks and smoothed it all out. You can't even see where they did that. The men wear t-shirts/uniforms with the company's name on it so you always know who they are. I was also impressed with how they would tidy up their area before they left each day. They finished today and they cleaned up everything so well that you can't even tell they were here. Maybe the best complement of all is that 2-3 of my neighbors are hiring them to do their house!"

"Tri Construction owner came by after I had called and asked for an estimate on the work mention above. We agreed on $1.700.00. Work was started the next day on a Saturday. I did notice that the crew inside doing the shower did not place any type of barrier on the wood laminate to protect it. I did not mention that to them so that is my fault for not bringing it up as a concern. I paid the owner $1,000.00 dollars up front, he later on came to me and asked me for more money that would have gone above the agreed upon estimate, since it was an estimate I gave him another $1,000.00 but made it clear that I did not have any more money in my budget. Iam satisfied with the work the was done."

"Overall a good experience. Some work had to be modified (drywells couldn't be drilled because of rock) and some work wasn't completed to specifications (mudjacking). The owner/contractor was flexible to our needs, communicated with us on a timely basis and worked through some snags in a professional manner. He also worked with an engineer to assure everything was done correctly.

Provided a 1 year written warranty on all work completed."

"I live in rural area in a large rustic old house. Its hard to find a cleaning crew thats willing to drive the distance that I require, this company was very nice over the phone when I explained where I live. They came out promptly and gave me an estimate and an invoice on what we both agreed that was to be done and the price. It seemed a lot at first but of course some of that was for gas.But they worked two full days in a house that didn't have air condition with the temp. around 100. Never complain about that, so the end results, my husband and I thought it was fair. I am going to use them again, I hope this can work out for both of us.
Its seems no one wants to get out of the city limits, but this company did."

FAQs for concrete foundation repair projects in El Paso, TX

Visible cracks, water leaks, uneven floors, or walls that won’t line up are classic red flags. You might also notice sticking windows, doors that no longer latch, or exterior cracks crawling up brick or siding. Even a damp, musty basement can hint at trouble. If you spot any of these, call a foundation pro right away. Early inspections cost far less than waiting until the damage threatens your home’s stability.

Yes, foundation problems impact your home’s value. Buyers want proof that the foundation is stable, and a recent, professional repair can actually boost confidence in your home. You’ll need to disclose the work, but documentation showing the structure was properly stabilized, especially with piers in regions known for shifting soil, often reads as a plus, not a problem. Skipping repairs, on the other hand, can cut your sale price and shrink the pool of interested buyers. Taking care of the issue protects both value and peace of mind.

Foundations are engineered for exceptional longevity when constructed correctly and maintained diligently. Concrete slab foundations remain structurally sound for 200 years, while other foundation types deliver integrity between 75 and 100 years. Regular professional inspections and timely maintenance further secure a foundation’s lifespan and ensure your home stays safe over the long term.
