"A friend recommended this roofing company when I needed a repair, so I reached out when my roof started leaking. From the initial call, I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They arrived on time for our appointment, unlike other companies I had contacted that missed scheduled visits. After inspecting the roof, they explained the necessary repairs and sent a detailed proposal the following day. Though their bid wasn’t the lowest, their professionalism, transparency, and quality materials convinced me they were the right choice. The team worked efficiently, removing the old roof in a single day and completing the installation in just four more days. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the white cool roof will help keep our home cooler during the summer without constantly running the AC. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!"

"Need a new ROOF? We did! So did my mother in law. I FOUND A GREAT COMPANY. My wife (a Property Manager) and I over the years have become very experienced with Contractors involving home remodeling repair & construction. After obtaining a couple of quotes on our project. Including removal & reinstallation of dozens of solar panels and removal of the original concrete tiles. We had been ignoring our known roof leaks for a long time. Southern California droughts allowed us to keep delaying the roof replacement. Those decisions did cost us dearly. YES we knew better. Chris provided a very complete quote. Including excellent products to be used. In our case anticipating damage under the tiles. Chris included in his proposal identified costs for correction as it was uncovered. "Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."
