"They arrived on time and looked at the house without question. <br /> Their estimate came in at about twice as much ($8380) as estimates from two other drywall companies. <br /> Their representative did not bid a Level 4 finish but added a full putty coat over the bare drywall, which is not a part of a Level 4 finish per American Gypsum Association Level 4 standards.  Even excluding the putty coat their quotation would have been substantially more (at least 175%) other estimates. <br /> We opted for another drywall company who performed an exceptional job with a Level 4 finish for about half the cost. <br /> (and none of their employees were undocumented, so that was not the basis for their more competitive price) <br />"

"The technician showed up at the appointed time. He was very polite. <br /> <br /> The installation space is too narrow to accommodate a standard-sized 50 gallon water heater so they installed a 50 gallon model with a narrower circumference that fit in the space. This second unit was not on the service truck so the technician had to drive to Walnut Creek to pick it up. <br /> <br /> The second unit cost a little more than the quote but I was not charged for this special delivery and I did not have to wait an extra day for it to arrive. I appreciate the fact that this company went the extra mile (literally) to see that we had a water heater installed on the day they said they would install it. <br /> <br /> All of the customer service representatives I spoke to were very pleasant and took the time to explain the process to me. <br /> <br /> I definitely recommend this company. You might find a cheaper price but you won't find better service."

The job was done extremely well, despite some tricky corners and working around garage, plumbing, etc… Done in three days, cleaned up after they were gone and were extremely communicative through the whole process. Because of his many years of experience, Mike is able to offer solid opinions and alternatives when needed. He has good communication skills and constantly kept us abreast of any issues and of his progress. When a problem (like a vendor error) arose, instead of getting frustrated or upset, Mike was there with good solutions. At the end of each work day he cleaned the areas where he worked. His even temperament and great sense of humor made the entire remodeling process a whole lot easier to manage."
