He committed to quickly helping fix the driveway, and came back the very next week on our agreed-upon date. "The provider arrived on time to look at the fence and explained in detail what he believed needed to be done.  Beside the cost of the maintenance package I  purchased, he recommended a new post on another section of the fence.  The cost was reasonable so I had him install the new post.  
We agreed on a date to complete the work and he arrived on time and left the area neat and clean when he was done.  The completed job looked much better than I had expected!
