"The task was first to correct squeaking underflooring and second to install carpet. Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."

"It went fabulous. We emailed Adam after receiving three other quotes.  Adam's bid was under the rest, and in a shorter time frame.  From the time the wood arrived in our home, to the time that David and crew arrived, to the time that the work was finished, we were happy customers.

Denver Hardwood delivered our floor in a timely manner.  The man who brought the flooring in our house was respectful and prompt.

David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled.

When we had questions, Adam was prompt in answering them.  I especially appreciate David, who was very responsive and friendly.  The rest of the team was a pleasure to work with.  The final product is amazing, and we are so happy to have beautiful hardwood floors.  I would definitely recommend Complete Flooring, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."

"The owner, Todd, came to the house, measured, and gave me a quote via email. I was on a pretty tight timeframe, and he was able to work me in. One of his guys (Robert) did most of the work. The floor came out great. Better than I was expecting. He had to do some extra work around a toilet in the bathroom, but did not ask for extra money. They have an outstanding vacuum system that captures almost all of the dust. It is so effective, Robert doesn't even need to wear a dust mask. I will certainly call Todd again when I need hardwood floor work."

There were some issues with the prep so I'd recommend being sure your structural work is solid and just having them do tile work only (not installing cement board, niches or heated flooring.) However, as mentioned, the tile work is absolutely fantastic! I mean really really beautiful."

"Garrett and Connor installed vinyl planks and baseboards throughout our basement and did a spectacular job. They were friendly, efficient, and darn good at their jobs. The level of detail they put into the job was incredible - they made some cuts that seemed impossible, including cutting the planks perfectly to fit around the water heater and sump pump. They were communicative throughout the whole installation to make sure their work fit our expectations and they still exceeded all expectations. "Empire did a great job with my hardwood flooring installation in my kitchen. The sales person worked quickly to writeup my estimate. The installers arrived about two weeks before my install to demo the multiple layers of my kitchen flooring (almost 2" thick!). This gave me time for the drywall to be replaced in the kitchen before the floor install. The installers worked quickly and cleanly. After the installers left, I noticed that a couple boards near the transition to my basement stairs were not flush with the stair tread. Empire immediately scheduled someone to repair this, and he did a great job. The floor looks great now! My only complaint is that while the new floor is a very good match to the flooring in the rest of the house, the lightest pieces in the new floor happen to be next to the darkest pieces in the neighboring older floor, so the transition is a bit stark. I wish I had noticed this while they were laying out the new wood, then I would have had them move some of the pieces around. Also, some of the old flooring at the transition to the new flooring needs to be refinished, but Empire's installers are not trained to refinish flooring, so I need to contact a separate hardwood refinisher to help with that."
