We emailed Adam after receiving three other quotes.  Adam's bid was under the rest, and in a shorter time frame.  From the time the wood arrived in our home, to the time that David and crew arrived, to the time that the work was finished, we were happy customers. <br> <br>Denver Hardwood delivered our floor in a timely manner.  The man who brought the flooring in our house was respectful and prompt. <br> <br>David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled. <br> <br>When we had questions, Adam was prompt in answering them.  I especially appreciate David, who was very responsive and friendly.  The rest of the team was a pleasure to work with.  The final product is amazing, and we are so happy to have beautiful hardwood floors.  I would definitely recommend Complete Flooring, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."

"The task was first to correct squeaking underflooring and second to install carpet. Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."

It's rare to find a company that has the craftsmanship to repair and match flooring. EVERY other company that we reached out to wanted to tear out and install new flooring....I believe it was because it is difficult to repair and match. Juniors flooring did just that and it is beautiful! We would get a text with their ETA each day and when we needed them to return for any reason, it was no problem at all. "Showed up on time, kept to the quote and did a beautiful job tiling the shower and floor. There were some issues with the prep so I'd recommend being sure your structural work is solid and just having them do tile work only (not installing cement board, niches or heated flooring.) However, as mentioned, the tile work is absolutely fantastic! I mean really really beautiful."

"Garrett and Connor installed vinyl planks and baseboards throughout our basement and did a spectacular job. They were friendly, efficient, and darn good at their jobs. The level of detail they put into the job was incredible - they made some cuts that seemed impossible, including cutting the planks perfectly to fit around the water heater and sump pump. They were communicative throughout the whole installation to make sure their work fit our expectations and they still exceeded all expectations.
