"They came out and gave an estimate, which was very reasonable. We had to add some square footage and they had no problem accommodating the change. Everyone we talked to were very professional. A year later our neighbors house was being built and the ground was loosen by the main post and fell. Shepherd came out and fixed this issue at no extra charge. We have now had our fence for 3.5 years and it’s just as steady as it was on day one. A couple of our neighbors went with a drive by night company that came by because they noticed a new community, and they all regret it. However, we do not. We are very impressed with the service and the job that was done!"

"They were very professional and insisted on the best of materials, sending back several loads of lumber delivered by a local merchant, saying that the boards were badly warped. Work was done in a very professional manner and in a timely one. While their price was a bit higher than the competition, I felt that their work was exceptional. My only issue with the fencing in retrospect was a design issue in which they placed a 2x6 flat across the top of each panel. With the heat here the boards warped badly and actually ripped out the nails, curling up on the ends. My only other issue was their using nails instead of screws. Again, because of the intense heat here, several of the boards warped and pulled away from the nails. Some panels even partially separated from the 6x6 posts themselves. I was able to repair the separated panels and some of the boards by using long screws instead of nails again. My biggest issue with Azzara was when I tried to contact them several years later because I wanted to again use them to replace some of the boards that had badly warped that could no longer be fixed. I didn't expect them to do it for nothing as I understand that the intense heat here is tough on wood even if it is properly treated afterwards (as I had done per their instructions). Unfortunately, Azzara fencing never returned any of my calls to date and I have never got the repairs completed. I guess I will have to call another company in the spring to do the maintenance. <br />"
