He replaced a section of water-damaged subfloor, installed new underlayment, and finished everything off with fresh baseboards—all with great attention to detail. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and the final result shows it. The project was completed at a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated. "Wagner Floors is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies we?ve ever dealt with. We had them come out after a flood to replace our carpet. They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? "If anyone is looking to get their hardwood floors refinished...do yourself a favor and call Warren and Alec...the father, son team with Clark Hardwood Flooring. They were absolutely fantastic to work with! They refinished my whole downstairs and also my stairs, in a timely and professional manner! I've been walking around for 2 days just in awe of the new life my floors received. We got 2 puppies in 2021...they were not kind to my pine hardwoods...as you can see if you zoom into the picture with them in it. Now...back to perfection! Hit them up, you won't regret it!"

"We hired Wes to install 1000 sq ft of LVP flooring in my daughter’s older condo. I initially hired Wes due to his prompt phone call, his competitive prompt bid, his pleasant no pressure attitude and that he was a young man trying to grow his business. Wes far exceeded our expectations. He was in constant contact prior to the job, accommodated our timeline request, arrived each day on time, pleasant and fun to be around, a good listener, attention to detail, left the job site clean and completed the project one day early. The finished product is spectacular and included new baseboard installs. I can’t say enough about how happy we are that we hired Wes to install or LVP flooring. I will recommend him to all my friends and will use him again when I have flooring needs."

"Doug, the owner, was good at communicating and cost but his guy was not great. He had to lace in wood on both sides, and destroyed a lot of the wood that he pulled up, so we were left short of wood, and he had to actually rip some out of the closet and destroyed more of that than was needed as well. He left gaps and high points that I had to tell him to push down again. I'm not sure what to do with the large gaps now. The worst was that he left glue all over the place. I had to take off thick glue with my fingernail so I wouldn't scratch the wood and instead tore up my fingernails. Then, Doug told me to use mineral spirit which I tried unsuccessfully. Of course, the whole time i'm asking myself why I am on my knees after paying for this. I'm worried using paint thinner on the wood finish, but the floor looks awful! Every other person cleans up! He left a dusty dirty mess and a floor that makes your cry. "
