Gene’s strength is to work collaboratively with his client to ensure the project meets the customer’s expectation. This project changed a couple of times based on what we found during demolition. Gene provided options and was always upfront about the cost of each option. We set out a schedule and the crew showed up on time for the day and on schedule for the week. "The landscaping of my home needed to be redone. I interviewed a number of Landscapers but after I spoke with Don of D&S Landscaping, Inc., I didn’t contact anyone else. Don told me which shrubs to keep and which to remove. He did a quick sketch of plants he would recommend that would do well in my yard. He showed me pictures of the plants and gave me a very fair written estimate of the cost. He asked for a reasonable deposit and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. He started when he said he would and finished on the same day. His crew is wonderful, polite and very hardworking. They worked from the time they arrived in the morning until early evening adding the unexpected bonus of mowing the back and front yard. Don checked to see that everything was done correctly and to see if I was satisfied. The front looks wonderful and I am more than just satisfied. I would recommend D&S to anyone looking for someone to do landscaping. You won’t be sorry it you do!"

"Our bathroom remodel went so much better than expected. Spring/Summer 2025…full gut down to the joists. By no means did it go perfectly as planned…if you expect it to, you probably shouldn’t do any remodeling. What made this project special was we faced numerous challenges and Grant @ BuiltWell was always available to talk it through and figure out how to fix it, providing options and alternatives. BW’s prices are fair especially for the quality of work. Grant partners with the best specialists…the demo, tile and painter stood out as outstanding. Grant 100% stands by his work, comes when he says, is communicative, and works with his family members who are local and help in a jam! I have numerous projects in my house that need to be done and I will just call Grant…no need to seek other bids…even if they’re lower, the comfort of working with Grant is worth it. You don’t need to hire Built Well, but not considering them will be your mistake!!"
