It was a retro remodel of a basement with odd ceiling heights and walls unfinished and drop ceiling that needed completed. Painting and trim work. He was able to do everything we asked within budget. He was very reliable. He always responded to messages and always let you know when he would be working and when he would return. Even if he left in the afternoon to pick up supplies he would let you know if he was coming back or return on a subsequent day. He reviewed his progress with us regularly and we touched base to make sure any questions were answered. It was a good result with a good contractor."
