We specialize in decks, siding, dry rot repairs and remodels but as a General B Licensed Contractor - CSLB Lic. 1083145 - we do everything from fencing, painting, and concrete to French drains and everything in-between whether it's big or small. We do most of the work ourselves and, whether it's our own crew on the job or one of our personally vetted subcontractors, our GC Mike physically oversees all work to ensure consistency of excellence and even puts on his own bags. "Did an excellent job and well coordinated remodel in 2022. Ben provided everything he outlined and his painting and electrical subs were outstanding. Ben provided good recommendations re some changes that were good. A few details that should have been non-issues like in the upper cabinets there were electrical conduit boxes. that should have been placed above the cabinets. However, their flooring contractor didn't put down a vapor barrier and we didn't know that was required until 18 months later when the LVT flooring started to curl. Ben was not as fast to respond to the issues and continued to ask me what the LVT instructions were. He did send out his men to look at the floor. It was obvious to us he didn't want to pay for replacement and drug his feet. It took over 4 months of going back and forth but finally LVT flooring and baseboards were replaced. We had the cement coated and also a moisture barrier installed. Painter touched up the paint. Looks great"
