"Terrible experience with Flowseal. They gave me a written quote for $172.50 in April and then ignored me for months. When they finally responded, they suddenly raised the price to $300 with no explanation. They showed up at my house without notice, then claimed my home was ?too far away? and deleted all the quotes and invoices they?d sent me. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. I tried to be patient and work with them in good faith, but they kept changing prices, avoiding communication, and making excuses. The fact that they deleted all documentation after I questioned them says a lot about how they do business. Flowseal wasted my time and broke their word. I would never recommend this company to anyone save yourself the frustration and go with someone more trustworthy."

"The crew from All Seasons Flooring and More rebuilt one chimney from the roof up and repaired two other chimneys. They put new caps on the chimneys. The crew did an excellent job on absolutely all the work they did. They were conscious, timely, communicative, thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. "Very poor communication regarding driveway design before installation. Final layout was very poorly designed and NO DRAWING was shown to owner for approval prior to installation. Omann rep claimed their sales rep did show us a drawing and seemed to imply that we were lying. Very odd, small unusable section of driveway was mysteriously added to side of driveway without consultation to owner. Company representative had no explanation. Very difficult to reach and slow response time. Not willing to offer any solution and accepted no responsibility. They are threatening to go to small claims court. Be very aware before signing contract! P.S. Edge of driveway is already cracking - installed Aug. 2018 - and company rep ignored it."

"Tracer determined a dry creek bed would correct the wet area in our back yard. They completed the work, adding a rock pile in front of the dry creek bed, which was not agreed upon. This solution did not fix the problem. Our back yard is still wet, grass does not grow and it is very unsightly. When we contacted Tracer landscaping they were resistive to listen and correct the problem stating it was not their issue. The representative has abandoned our project, has not returned phone calls and we are seeking a different landscaping company for help to correct. Our back yard is a mess! The french drain was not installed correctly and we struggled to get sod to grow. Again Tracer landscaping stated it was not their problem. I would not recommend this landscaping company for any project."
