"Randy came and gave an estimate. His sone followed through with the crew to replace the roofs. It did take a bit of time to come out - I have to admit I was a little troubled about this BUT they are busy (a sign of a great company - lots of business!). They were able to come in early December (because of the warm fall) and put on the roofs, repairing some wood on a 4th building for us. They were VERY accommodating. When we had concerns, they were addressed. They brought a large team out to get onto the work and get it done. Since we have had it done, we have had some questions and they have eagerly and promptly addressed them. A no nonsense company that gets the job done. I believe Andrew is Randy's son's name; he is a gem. I really thought he took care of things so well and felt he was concerned with what concerned us. He's a great manager and customer care is priority to him, that was evident."

"It is a fairly well known company in the area for roofing business. Our experience with them has been very positive. We had hail damage and they called and gave us the estimate. We spotted that their price would be covered by our insurance company so we went with them. They were very punctual. We retuned the deposit with their quote. They sent immediate response saying that they received the deposit and would be calling us in the next few weeks to schedule the time to begin the work. They did exactly what they said they would. It was very clean when they finished the work. We found little pieces of shingles and nails here and there but roofing can be a messy job. When they finished the roof it looked great. We had a couple of problems afterwards it was because the way the house was constructed. They came back out assessed what needed to be done and how much it would cost. We have used them at 3 different occasions and it’s been a very positive experience all the way around. I used them for roof and shortly after that we had some problem with the ice damn on the roof and it was leaking through. I called the representative. He said it was one part where the problem was and I said that was exactly the spot where the problem laid. He told me what needed to be done. They came back out when the weather broke. The problem was where the second storey wall hit the roof. They came back out and pulled back the siding and installed water proof barrier between there and the roof. We had no problems after that. Last year they did some siding for us at the back of our house."

It was a smooth transaction. I selected from a sample of shingles. The crew arrived within two weeks, removed the old shingles, and replaced with new more attractive shingles. The job took two days. They did a complete cleanup leaving no trash or debris. Two sattelite dish antennas had to be repointed, which was professionally done, and at no additional charge. <br />"

"Jerry and his team arrived exactly on time on the day of work (that never happens with contractors!). They immediately went to work started tearing down the old roof. Unfortunately, after exposing the trusses, they realized that they would need to fabricate new ones in order to create a level roof line. Without hesitation, they cut out new pieces and took the time to install them. What amazed me was the level of craftsmanship, care, and detail that they infused into such a small project on a scale relative to their other business. It's obvious that Jerry and his team take pride in their work and do everything in their power to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the end product. I was also pleasantly surprised to notice how clean they kept the work site, continually cleaning up as they made progress on the shed roof. In the end, they did a fantastic job of fixing my roof while adding additional structural stability to the shed to make it last that much longer, all for a very reasonable price. I consider myself to be very selective when it comes to contractors, but Jerry made it very easy for me to trust in his work from start to finish.
