"Very well. the owner was polite and professional . He was honest about the situation. We had some rotting wood and he let us know what he thought needed to be replaced before gutters were installed. We got a contractor in who confirmed his opinion. is was during heavy spring rains so we had to dodge rain drops plus work around the general contractor. The contractor had left some debris in the yard and they even carried that away with the Old guttering. Oh yes, they came in a few dollars under the bid too. That is always nice. Would definitely use them again. <br />"

"Easy experience overall. Booked K-Guard months in advance and needed them to coordinate with my painter who took the gutters down and then would need to paint the new gutters. When the house was ready for the install, it was super quick and the results look great. The design of the system is great - two gutters slope opposite from what they did originally to prevent future wood rot, as there was a lot of wood rot from how the gutters used to drain. Product is a little pricier than the average gutter, but it's also much bigger and can handle more water and will never need cleaning out. Definitely recommend."

"I called asking for a bid and an appointment was set at a time I designated as convenient.  Leaf Filter sent a very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional sales person (Kirk) to demo and describe their gutter protection system.  He arrived at the scheduled time and delivered a nice presentation.  I had bids for three different systems and this was the one I most preferred.  Even with the discounts Kirk was able to offer, the price was somewhat higher than the other two systems.  However, I felt the product was the best choice for our home based on reviewing it in person and in consumer publications.  Kirk arranged to have the system installed within a week, checked to make sure the installation had gone well, and reassured me that the lifetime warranty would always be in place and any issues would be addressed.  Both of the other companies that bid were rated highly on Angie's List so it was a difficult decision that was ultimately based on my perception of the product. <br />"

The clearview representative arrived on time and carefully used an extended hose attached to a shop vac and went from one end of the gutter to the other and got all 5 or more years worth of dirt & gunk. He was at our home for about 30 minutes. He also made sure the downspouts were clean as well. <br />"

"Audra responded immediately to my email and provided a free estimate and detailed explanation of services, answering several follow-up questions patiently and professionally. She then provided a written contract and documentation of insurance and set a date for the house to be washed and the algae removed. At the last minute, I added the deck to the agreement, and we were charged only a nominal fee for the additional work. The work was begun on time, and I was given a walk-through before the cleaning began so that I understood exactly what the process entailed. Our house has several additions, dormer windows, and hard-to-reach areas on the outside of the second floor, but these were all free of algae by the end of the three hour job. The algae was really bad all over the north side of the house, and Exterior Pro Wash managed to remove ALL OF IT, leaving not trace. They even removed the algae from the clothesline holder, cellar door, and from behind the water barrels, doing a very detailed and thorough job. The vinyl looked new again. All the algae between the banisters on the deck railing was gone, and even the windows were not spotted or streaked. This was a very well-organized, polite, professional-yet-friendly and customer-satisfaction-driven business experience. I looked into other house-washing companies in Springfield, and none could give me the guarantee of coming back to finish the job should I not be satisfied as Exterior Pro Wash did. This was a very enjoyable transaction."
