He repaired a section of vinyl siding that had come loose and ripped off in a storm. He fixed that and then proactively repaired and reinforced some other areas that were likely to come loose down the road. Great work."

"They started a project in early January that was supposed to take 2 weeks. They did not show up to work every day like they would have needed to get done in 2 weeks. After about 4 weeks they just stopped showing up. I texted them to find out why they weren't there. They said there was a lot of additional work that would need to be done for them to continue. I am home most everyday. There is no reason he could not have come to my door and explained the situation perinstead he just decided not to show up. Every time I try to text him I am ignored. He has sent letters saying that hes not gonna continue without more money. I have in no way told them that there would be additional money's. Had he came in and explained to me what was going on truthfully, I would have worked with him. I had another company come in and inspect the work that he had going on. Yeah they took pictures and showed me that the work is substandard. From the way he has treated us it seems that he had planned this from the start. The photos are supposed to be showing hidden damage. It is obvious there is nothing hiding any of what he is pointing out."
