"They had to replace a diverter cartridge but they broke it. Initially, they told me that everything was fine but then I noticed that the water was dripping and not diverted correctly. They claimed that the spout dripping was normal and I had Grohe sent me a new part to be installed. The new plumber who replaced it showed me how the initial diverter's spring was broken during installation. Very disappointing, especially the fact that they did not take ownership of breaking the part and charged me an exorbitant amount for installation. They wanted the same exorbitant amount to install the new part."

They were very collaborative and patient with us as we continued to revise the plan until we found the design that worked best for us. "After the hailstorm of June 2017, our neighbors used NMC Exteriors and recommended them to us. I’m so glad that they did. From the start, Jon, Luke, and their team were so easy to work with. Since there were so many houses needing a roof directly after this storm, we had to wait until spring of 2018 to actually have our roof replaced.
