"Finally decided to enclose my 24x30 pole barn and knew the first step was to get a concrete floor. Received quotes from several companies, but Florida Crete was the one I chose after speaking with Ruben. He listened to what I wanted to do and then made some recommendations and suggestions I hadn't considered. Over the next few days I watched my garage slowly begin to take shape. It was a lot more involved than I had expected. They had to frame the entire pole barn since there wasn't a single right angle anywhere in the place. They arrived on time each morning and worked non-stop and in less than a week I had a four car garage that far exceeded anything I could have hoped for. "The replacement was completed as per the estimate on Feb 23, 2022. I was advised that the finisher would need to return a second day due to the concrete being "too wet". Within three months the new driveway cracked in several areas. Upon advising the company about my concerns and requesting a written evaluation of the cause I was told the concrete "has no warranty", that "it's a crack, I'm not coming". The company felt that they were just to busy to come back to evaluate and give a written evaluation."

"The project got off to a bad start because the first crew didn't seem prepared for the size or scope of the job and said they needed to talk to their project manager who was out of the office. The job was supposed to start on a Tuesday but didn't start till Friday which cost me a couple extra nights in a hotel. Once the new crew started the project progressed quickly and they worked over the weekend to try and recover some time."
