One call with Mikel and I had found my guy. They replaced 5 exterior double doors, 1 exterior single door and 9 interior doors in our home. Mikel was able to save most of the existing interior trim and was reused. The exterior trim was replaced with new. The crew worked productively all day, every day. The exterior and interior was cleaned, tools and materials stored away in our garage each day. Mikel would explain his process and suggest options that ultimately saved us money. "they said they were going to show up Monday at 9am, after a brief delay not due to them they were here shortly after. he looked at the door and said it wasn't a problem. he proceeded to the store at which he called and stated that he could just get the hinges instead of the whole door and hardware. of course I agreed resulting in saving money. once he returned the door was fixed in a short amount of time. very polite and professional. would definitely use Edgyver again if I have any more handyman projects. thank you to them for doing a great job."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"
