The stain was applied very soon after the power washing, making us wonder if the wood had sufficiently dried, and the "transparent" stain used was noticeably darker than several previous times the deck has been stained with transparent stain. However, our concerns were responded to professionally and courteously, and the overall work was satisfactory."

He spent a long time telling us how to lower the moisture level in our home and how to put a ground cover in our crawl space. He helped so much and saved us a lot of money!
