"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. Will definitely use Southern Signature Solutions in the future for other Home Projects!! Wonderful Customer Service! Thank You Mr. Greg Carter And Crew!! MY NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT!!"

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"Well let me first start off by saying as a home owner having work done of any sort at your home always adds stress to your normal daily routine. When we decided it was time to do some upgrading to our home, we started the task of seeking out quotes for doing our roof first. While shopping roofers and gathering quotes I came across Tony Guzman of Dream Home Remodeling Inc. After sitting and talking with Tony my Husband and myself felt that he and his company would be our choice. I cannot say enough about the great job they did. They arrived on time, there was a foreman present the entire job who was very knowledgeable about roofing, the shingles I choose and was able to address and answer any of my concerns, all the guys were polite and left my home after completing the job spotless with a beautiful new roof. I was pleasantly surprised at the little amount of stress involved while Tony and his crew were here. It was an A+ all around!"

completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.

"Project needed to replace weather worn paint in driveway, patio, front stoop, and walkway. Zach’s team of Jamie and Tom completed the project with only weather delays prolonging the completion time. My wife and I are very pleased with the process and finished product! The areas worked looks like we again after almost 20 years of weathering. The quoted price was reasonable for the project as I had previous quotes of much higher. I would recommend this company with your concrete needs and would definitely hire again."

"Tony was able to fit my project in during the week and it was accomplished in 1 day. He and his crew were extremely efficient by clearing my deck and stacking my furniture to the side. They removed all the debris. Tony provided information for maintenance to stain my deck once all the moisture seeps out from the wood. I recommended him to my girl friend who needs roofing work done. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
