"I hired Brett and had never used him before. I based my decision on his prior feedback on Angi. My oldest daughter purchased a 100 year townhouse in Wilmington. The home inspector found numerous issues with the electrical including a recalled circuit breaker panel and numerous miswired outlets and switches. It was a large task.
