"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Mr. Cruz was immediately responsive when I emailed for an appointment for an inspection of my leaking roof. He showed up when he said he would, offered me a fair price for the job, communicated well throughout, finished the job when he said he would. He is very friendly and I found him to be completely trustworthy. I absolutely would recommend him without hesitation. Good Job!!"

"The service was very good. I was very happy with their work. Great total outcome and the finish products."

"The owner Tyler was very personable and was always communicative and listened to what my needs were. Him and his crew did an excellent job! They built me a driveway, that is beautiful, and will last many years! Honest and prompt is another way to describe them!"

"Great end finish project, required an extra day because of some redo required on the finishing touches (edging on paint and shingles) but came promptly over and corrected."

"Luis and Benjamin are courteous and competent. They did a professional job on the brickwork. The work was done in a timely manner and they stayed until it was near dark to get it done as promised. Our neighbors have been very complimentary and have suggested that LLV be added to our HOC preferred contractor list."
