"First of all, I cannot say enough good things about this company. The level of professional was incredible. For me, spending money on home projects can be a bit daunting, however, Ram made me feel comfortable from the beginning. As with all companies it took a little while to build the trust but boy am I glad that I trusted my gut. I moved into a bit of an older house and our bathroom was painfully outdated. Ram was able to transform the space into what I had in my brain with ease. I am extremely type A and not much on the vision side but he was able to do it. (Which is a miracle) There was a bit of a delay(my fault) on the project but they communicated with me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable through the delay. This is huge for someone who effectively didn't have a bathroom for longer than expected. I recommend this company very highly to anyone looking to get their bathroom transformed."

It was over three hours before they showed up and they were then surprised to hear that I had been told they would be there so quickly. It appears the company is not in my area at all but closer to Seattle. If I'd known they would take so long to get to me, as my finished basement was full of water, I'd have gone elsewhere. I also like to support local businesses and not to cause unnecessary use of gasoline so I'd definitely have gone elsewhere. Once again, the work was done well and the guys worked hard."
