For me, spending money on home projects can be a bit daunting, however, Ram made me feel comfortable from the beginning. As with all companies it took a little while to build the trust but boy am I glad that I trusted my gut. I moved into a bit of an older house and our bathroom was painfully outdated. Ram was able to transform the space into what I had in my brain with ease. I am extremely type A and not much on the vision side but he was able to do it. (Which is a miracle) There was a bit of a delay(my fault) on the project but they communicated with me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable through the delay. "Lee is a master of his craft. His bid came in at budget and the job was finished before the estimated time line. Because he has a boutique business, he is hands on every day. He and his crew were at the house at 8am and worked until 4:30 M-F. They took the kitchen down to the studs and rebuilt it from there. All the cabinets are custom and they did a remarkable job installing them in our 50+ year home that has less than plumb walls. We had some electrical issues that he was able to troubleshoot and resolve. Some of the drywall had to be retextured and they matched it perfectly. The kitchen was remodeled around a double wall oven and the window was too large. They replaced the window with a smaller one and replaced the exterior siding to match existing finishes and paint. He coordinated his schedule with the subs for the flooring and quartz with scheduling and used those days to build our cabinets in his shop. Lee and his crew cleaned up at the end of each day. They are trustworthy, reliable and friendly. Will definitely use them for our next project."

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."
