Hi there! I have about 9 years of experience with home remodeling, house flips, and currently I am focused more on carpentry (custom closets, interior/exterior trim, etc.) and flooring. I am still open to most home repair needs. I am new to Angi, but feel free to check out some photos of my work in the project photos. I am also willing to share more photos. Feel free to email me at JMDhomeservices1@gmail.com or call/text at 3179032308. Thanks!

"Everything went great.  Fritz delivered the trailer the weekend before the work was to start, giving me ample time to unload the garage and even paint the walls myself first.  His team arrived on time on the day of the work and was very professional checking with me to make sure that they had everything right.
They started by grinding down the old floor, getting rid of any stains that were on there.  Then Fritz himself came and applied the first coating of the flooring.  They then applied a thick layer of paint chips to make sure the floor was covered with the coloring that I had ordered.  They vacuumed up the excess.  Finally they applied a clear coating on the top of the paint.  The result was a beautiful floor that some compared to a granite countertop.
On the second day they came out and hung all of the cabinets, overhead racks, and wall storage equipment.  This was all done very professionally and is all solid and high quality equipment.  They even hung a couple of Sam's Club racks that I had bought myself (for a small additional fee).
Afterward I realized that there were a couple more wall mounted hooks that I wanted.  Fritz was able to get these ordered and installed as well.  He was always very patient and professional in all dealings that I had with him.
Everything got done before our party.  At the party I can't even count the number of people who came up to me out of the blue and complimented how great the flooring looked.  Fritz is the man when it comes to redoing a garage.  I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeremiah Orman, who laid new hardwood floors throughout my new home, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, Jeremiah demonstrated exceptional skill, professionalism, and dedication to his craft. First and foremost, Jeremiah's attention to detail is second to none. He took the time to carefully assess the layout of each room and meticulously plan the installation process. His precision ensured that the floors were laid perfectly, with seamless transitions between rooms and no visible flaws. Jeremiah's expertise in hardwood flooring is evident in the quality of his work. The floors he installed are not only beautiful but also durable and expertly finished. He has a keen eye for selecting the right materials and finishes that complement the overall design of the home. The end result is stunning, and I receive compliments from everyone who visits. Moreover, Jeremiah's professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. He communicated clearly and promptly, keeping me informed every step of the way. Throughout the process, my wife and I were still living in our Florida home, and Jeremiah communicated effortlessly even though we were 1000 miles away. He was always punctual, respectful of my home, and maintained a clean and organized workspace. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer any questions I had made the process enjoyable and reassuring. I also appreciate Jeremiah's dedication to his clients. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the final product. His commitment to delivering top-notch service is truly commendable, and it shows in the impeccable floors that now grace my home. In summary, I highly recommend Jeremiah Orman for any hardwood flooring project. His exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer-focused approach make him a standout choice. If you're looking for a skilled and reliable flooring expert who will transform your home with beautiful hardwood floors, look no further than Jeremiah Orman. Thank you, Jeremiah, for your outstanding work!"

"How refreshing to have a company with integrity that was honest professional and lived up to their A rating with 300+ reviews. Alan the installer communicated every step of the way, and my wife and I are picky with who comes in our house and they were very conscientious of keeping everything clean. I needed consultation about a potential second problem and even Mike the owner became involved and was interested in helping me and not trying to sell me services like other companies. I would use them again and refer them in a heartbeat. They treated my home like it was their own and listened to what I wanted to accomplish."

"Their work is holding up well.  They matched my house perfectly.  It looks like it is freshly painted all the time.  It is a lifetime guarantee which has held up.  Before they came, they did major reconstruction work around some areas that we didn’t even know needed to be reconstructed.  They were very careful to check like window sills and the baseboards of the windows.  We had carpenter ants and so the windows had to be redone.  They fixed them.  They found the flaws in the construction and they fixed them.  They caulked and primed everything.  It was a very big job.  They were very nice guys and it was a good crew.  They were professional and they knew what they were doing.  The price was high but it was worth it.  If something comes up in the future, they will rectify it which is part of the deal."

"

Flawless Floors far exceeded my expectations on not only the quality of their work but also their price. Francis Blair and his team did drywall work for me as well as tile work in my bathroom and laundry room.   He was very timely, organized, and had the necessary tools to do a flawless job.  This company puts their customers first. For example, they worked late hours and went out of their way to help us get re-situated into our home.  I am extremely thankful that I hired this company to do my work and will definitely be using them in the future.

"We have hired Tom twice now and couldnâ t be happier with his work. He built and installed new wooden railings for our bridge and refurbished five wooden signs, making them look brand new. He has real pride of craftsmanship; the quality of his work is excellent. And he is a joy to work with."
