"I reached out them about a year ago to look at my basement. I needed help with an old existing waterproof system a different company had installed and also to have someone look at the foundation. Marty informed us that our old waterproof system was an open system and that we might have radon coming through it. Sure enough he was correct! We hired a radon specialist and he was able to install a mitigation system. Marty also inspected our walls and advised that our foundation is fine and we did not need anything done at this time. Other companies tried to sell us $10k+ worth of work. I appreciate his honesty and not just trying to sell us something that we didn't need."

"The folks at HPC were professional and great to work with from start to finish.  Don did a great job helping us choose colors, and when I was concerned about whether the colors were right when they started coating, he and others graciously worked through my concerns.  The colors turned out to be perfect.  The carpenters and coating crew were professional, pleasant to have around the house, knowledgeable, careful, and neat.  They protected the brick portion of the exterior as well as our shrubs.  They did an outstanding  job.  Crew chief Mary had some great suggestions for using the new colors to give our house curb appeal.  Any questions or concerns I had throughout the process were handled professionally and to our satisfaction.  Whether scheduling, pricing, or any other question, Rosemary in the office was always on top of things and prompt in responding.  I really felt I had a team of people working with me to improve my house.  I have now seen the results through changes of seasons and weather and I'm still as pleased as when the coating was first applied.
