Also prior to leaving repaired a shed door handle no questions asked. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again in the future. "

"While the door repair was done decently, the experience overall was quite frustrating. The contractor arrived over an hour late without any courtesy call to let me know. After attempting to switch out the latches on the sliding door lock myself and causing slight damage, I had to call him back for additional repairs, which came at an extra cost. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse from there—he rescheduled our agreed date, canceled on the second, and then offered to send someone out at 7:30pm, well past a reasonable time. While the work was okay, if you value punctuality and reliability, I would suggest looking elsewhere."

Same company misdiagnosed my mom’s HVAC system and she ended up getting it replaced only to find it still kept shutting off because it was a gas regulator that was the problem all along."

When I finally got somebody else to come out to look at the problem, they told me that the warranty had just expired on the part that needed replacing. Putting 2 +2 together, Buric ghosted me to run out the clock on my warranty for the repair of the product they installed. Would you ever hire anybody who behaves like that???"
