"I had the roof and gutter helmets on my residence replaced by Presidential Exteriors and I was pleased not only with the quality of the work, but I was impressed by the end to end customer service from everyone I encountered from Presidential Exteriors - enough so that I wrote a complimentary email to the management. There were many customer touchpoints during the brief project: sales, insurance coordinator, material delivery, installation, project management and back office support. Everyone was courteous, professional, competent, efficient and responsive. It was clearly evident, across the board, that the entire team was dedicated, hard working and customer focused.. The project took two days for the roof, and a few hours on day three for the gutter helmets. Back office coordination and follow up was excellent and the project was on schedule and ran smoothly. "Daniel and his partner installed new appliances and tile in my kitchen, I had new counter tops installed as well in my kitchen and master bathroom. I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. "This is the second time we have used JW Home Improvements. We called for an estimate and Jesse Wertjes was able to schedule and give us an estimate in just a few days. We had an interior bathroom which had never had a fan vented to the outside and we had not been able to use the shower in that bathroom. The job required installing a fan and venting the fan through ceiling and walls to an exterior wall. We also had some damage to drywall and tile due to a small leak in another bathroom and we wanted to have that drywall and tile replaced and properly grouted and caulked. Bob Brown determined what needed to be done to vent the bathroom properly and Ever and another employee did the work. The venting was very good but we felt that the fan installed was not powerful enough and too loud. They found a more powerful, quieter fan and the bathroom is now fully functional -- a big improvement! The drywall and tile repair was also completed well and we see no sign of water leakage. We have been very impressed with the professionalism and quality work we have received from JW Home Improvement, especially from Jesse, Bob and Ever. We appreciated that they did not argue with our issue with the fan and were willing to find another. We recommend them to others and would not hesitate to use their services again"

"Chevy Chase Remodeling did an exterior renovation for us, including replacing our roof and siding, painting our house, replacing a window, and adding a new screened-in porch and patio in our backyard. They took care of the design work as well as arranging all the subcontracting to perform the construction work. The owner, Steven, and all the subcontractors were friendly, easy to work with, and professional. It took a while, as we expected, but they worked overtime to complete on time the one part of the project we needed done by a certain date.
