"The Sela inspector came to our house on time and was very thorough in explaining the problems with our roof and gutters to us. Sela's inspectors worked with our insurance company including pointing out further damage. Sela accepted the insurance companies estimate. We took Sela's advice and waited until this spring to have the work completed. The roofing crew started on time as scheduled, kept us apprised of their progress and completed the work within a few days. A large roofing crew worked quickly and efficiently. The cleanup was perfect. We have not found even a single nail or any other debris from the roofing job. The roofing crew even swept our sidewalk and driveway. Our gutters and gutter screen covers were replaced by Sela Gutters. Sela worked to find a matching gutter color that we had requested. The seamless gutters now drain perfectly. Downspouts and extensions were installed in the correct location and properly secured. The gutter crew worked a very long day to complete the job in a single day. "The Level Ede owner and his son are extremely fair, up front, and truthful. I was very gun shy about one other company that put in a bid and made promises of only costing my deductible. Oscar with Level Edge pointed out the costs that insurance would not cover plain and simple. Oscar is very personable, patient, and customer oriented, just like his father (the owner of Level Edge). Oscar informed me that he could not say without a doubt my cost would only be my deductible because they have not opened the roof nor removed the siding yet, but he promised me one thing, that prior to performing this work they would explain the why and estimate the additional cost. Which was done, I had some extra costs, but wow that was very easy to deal with, rather than empty promises made by big box companies which surprise you later. All of the workers worked like a well oiled machine. They were all very kind and organized. No one just stood around. If they saw something that was just a little of they would make it right. The job sight was kept very clean and organized. Oscar was fully on top of things and would take care of the most minor requests ASAP (minutes or hours not days). OH, I almost forgot. I called Oscar and let him know that they may not want to leave my downspouts go for very long. I have a very flat back yard which allows my basement to get damp. The siding crew finished around 5:30 and left. I heard some noise around 7PM and went out to investigate. It was the Gutter and downspout crew that Oscar had sent out to finish the down spout work. I was elated. They came to my home after working a full day on other jobs just to get my down spouts installed. It did rain for the rest of that night after they got my downspouts installed. I am very truly sorry for how long this is but, I would give Level Edge and their entire crew 100 stars if possible. Level Edge IS the definition of Customer Service and Satisfaction. "I contacted Rand T in mid-summer to get their opinion on the best way to address some ice dam issues we have been having at our home over the past few years. They recommended a comprehensive air sealing and insulation package for the attic and examination of a valley-area of our roof. Their bid was right about 8K to perform the work, and we agreed. It took a while to get scheduled since this is their busy season, but we finally got on the books and the work was performed yesterday (10/13/14). <br /> The crew arrived and were friendly and professional. They got to work and after about 6 hours the job was complete. They blew in cellulose insulation to an R50 value, air sealed what needed to be sealed, and installed baffles where needed. Our attic space is awkward and I am sure there were some challenges, but they banged it out without problems. Afterward they cleaned up so you never knew they were there. The roof work included ensuring no damage to the underlying roof structure, making some minor changes to the way the gutter intersected with the valley area of our roof line, and replacing a few square feet of shingles. As I watched them, I thought I probably could have done this myself and saved that part of the expense - but live and learn. <br /> Overall, I thought they did a great job - of course, we will not know the true effectiveness of the efforts until winter - but we are hopeful this will remedy the situation. Overall, I give Rand T an and quot;Aand quot; for their professionalism, their quality of work, and their customer service. I would recommend them. <br />"

This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"
