"I hired RCL Home Service to install railings on the steps at my home, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. At the time of installation, I expressed concerns about how loosely the railings were secured. Unfortunately, those concerns were justified?since then, the railings have become completely detached. The railings came with proper hardware, but it was not used. Instead, the installer chose screws that were far too small for the job. All of the original hardware, including the wrenches, was taken with them, leaving nothing behind. I paid in full for the work, and I have repeatedly requested that they return to properly repair and secure the railings, so the job is completed correctly. I was told they would come back when the weather improved. We have had several warm days suitable for repairs, yet no follow?up and no attempt to make things right. I have given them every opportunity to address this issue. "

Inside he has repaired doors, lighting fixture and the bath tub. Upon completion pictures are shared of work without easy access. I have been pleased with all the improvements. Always waiting on parts, crew to come out etc. there is always an excuse with these business owners. Buyers, neighbors, friends … beware doing business which such company. Horrible communication doesn’t even do it Justice. We have had a wreck in our backyard since July 2021! It’s now March 2022 ? Check out these photos of how the aluminum conducts the cold air through as well as the windows causing it to freeze, yes frost on inside. Now in the day when worms up, there is literal puddles on our flooring, that we are wiping down daily to absorb all the moisture. This is with us having two dehumidifiers non stop on. I mean we live in Ohio, they claim you can use this all year round. What a joke ."
