"EXCELLENT experience! The photos speak for themselves! We hired Ana and her team to get our home spotless the day before having our home photographed professionally to put our house on the market. They delivered! This was our first professional deep clean in the 3 years we lived here. Scheduling with Ana was easy, and she responded promptly over phone/text to set up an appointment with one-week's notice. The 3-person team (Ana and 2 of her crew) arrived promptly at 3pm. The team stayed later than planned to complete the job, almost until 7pm. They were kind, courteous, professional, thorough, and did an AMAZING job! If we weren't moving from Pittsburgh, we would absolutely hire them again!"

"The process started well and Jacob seemed very knowledgeable and motivated. However, after the first visit it was very hard to schedule a time for him to return to finish the work. He was unresponsive and unreliable. We vacated our home multiple times with the promise that he would be there working all day but he never showed up. He went radio silent on us for about a week, leaving us living with unfinished floors in our living room, kitchen, and stairs. This was dangerous for us and our pet as there were rusty nails and unstable floorboards. The quality of his work was sub-par. When he finally did finish the job, the vinyl flooring looked great but the transitions and trim were cut and installed poorly. He rushed to get the job finished and it shows. He said he would be in the area for a few finishing touches later in the week but we have not heard from him and have since spent hundreds of dollars with another contractor to fix it. While installing the flooring in our kitchen, he damaged our new refrigerator. We asked him to try to fix it, he did not. I hope that this is an outlier in Jacob's work history because he seemed like a nice person but after our experiences with him, I cannot recommend that anyone hire him."

"The deck had a terrible mildew problem, uneven floor boards and nails popping up.  It looked very dilapidated, as if it needed to be replaced.  They removed everything off of the deck  for us, including the grill and tiki torches and replaced them upon completion of the job.The entire deck, steps and even the lattice was METICULOUSLY power washed on one of the hottest days of the summer.  Then there was too much rain and we had to wait for the deck to dry out before it was sanded and the stain was applied.  You get to choose from a host of colors.  The service was timely and the crew were exceptionally nice people.  I really was not expecting this type of result on that old deck.  People are now asking is it a new deck!  I will definitely use them again in the future.

"They did an exceptional job.  From start to finish I was completely impressed with Chris.  They did a phenomenal job and in labor I paid less than $2000 to do the work.  They started approximately on January 23rd.  Chris is coming back in August to build me a bathroom down here and he's also going to close off my laundry room.  I spent less than $2000 in labor only and that has nothing to do with the materials.  I wanted to buy my own material because I wanted to get my gas free."
