They uprooted the previously installed pavers, flawlessly re-pitched and graded the base, planned for all the possible drainige issues that might come up, and completely cleaned the pavers and property of any remnants of their work. "I had a rather specific and somewhat specialized need for a backyard concrete patio. The project called for a roughly 14x16 ft slab, of 4" thick with wire mesh concrete - and most importantly the entire patio needed to be pitched toward a centered drywell, for proper drainage. For added trickiness, the backyard had no street access, other than through the house, so the concrete needed to be pumped in (which could get messy). I interviewed three contractors and found JGJ Home Improvement Corp. to be the best overall fit.
