They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."

"We hired an outside individual before hiring MX Remodeling. Back March 2024 this individual was hired by word of mouth. Project began with this individual started breaking down the bathroom but we notice something was wrong when this individual requested for us to pay for materials and disposal of garbage. This individual was unlicensed, wanted payments in advance and will come back every other day or week or month. This project shouldâ ve been 1 week completion turn out to be 5 months nightmare. We put too time and efforts on this individual to completed and payments were given. This individual turn off all communication and we were lost and we didnâ t know what to do next. We borrow the funds for project and stress level were very high for our family. By the grace of god we were recommended too a licensed company MX Remodeling. MX Remodeling came in took over the project within a week it was completed with great satisfaction."
